Another quick pallet wood project. I needed a stand to put a witches spell book on.
I kept the overall height a bit lower than normal so smaller kids can see the book easier.
The base was made from two pieces 450mm long each.
A 75mm screw holds the two base pieces together.
Two more 75mm screws go up through the base into the vertical.
I had to recess those screws about half way to reach into the vertical.
A 22.5° cut on the vertical piece sets the top part at a good angle.
The top part is approx 290mm tall and 400mm wide.
A scrap piece across the lower edge stops the book falling off.
