Here’s some details on my 2014 Christmas display:
PC Software:
LOR S3 Advanced software was used create the animations and drive my display. I don’t sequence my lights to music.
Controller Cabinets (qty 2), each with:
- 5, 12, 24 & 30V Mean Well power supplies (one of each type)
- J1SYS ECG-DR4 E1.31 to 4 port DMX interface
- J1SYS ECG-PIXAD8 E1.31 to 8 port pixel interface
- Custom DMX power relay board (also powers ECG-DR4)
- Custom 2801 pixel to 8 channel DC controllers (qty 4)
- Custom 8 port P-DMX distributor
Lights:
- Big W strings for trees and fences
- 2811 pixel strip for gutter line
- RGB strip for garage doors
- 200mm red and green meteor tubes (qty 10 each)
- 500mm red and green meteor tubes (qty 5 each)
- 6803 2D pixel mini trees (qty 2)
- Pre-lit popup trees with white meteors added
- 10W RGB floodlights (qty 2)
- Mini candy canes (qty 8)
- Jumbo candy canes (qty 8)
- Red/green star lasers (qty 8)
- Warm white net lights
- Red / green / white / blue LED stars (qty 3)
- Small white LED stars
- Chimney Santa motif
- Various other LED rope light motifs
